FOR THE UNINFORMED, it's about Bob getting a face transplant so he can sneak next to Bart (source: [link])

My sister (and when I say "my sister," I really do mean my sister and it's not just me being a weirdo LOL) is guessing that Bob's face transplant will make him look female, so he'll use his totally hot new looks to seduce Bart, get him alone, and then try to kill him.

It makes sense, but there's nooo way something that slashy could ever happen in canon. I think he'll use the new identity to build up his trust with the family. then they'll invite him to babysit Bart, and then WHAM!!

I'm also guessing that he'll kidnap Flanders and disguise himself as that.. but it just doesn't seem as likely. Also guessing that this episode will play out just like Simpsons Comics #77, which would be AWESOME but unlikely. Mmmmmm poodle cosplay<33
